This is great and hella useful. We just tried Diana’s Bananas. Chocolate covered frozen bananas. Solid.

Love this post, thank you. I would add Good Pops is a great brand, organic versions of Outshine plus other lower cal frozen treats. I’m also a fan of Chimes toasted coconut toffee hard candies. Dense flavor!

I used to eat literally everything with mayonnaise, not good. Swapped that for 0 cal hot sauce. For some reason I always want to dip food into sauce, not going to fight that primal urge.

That Axe and Sledge EAA's Cherry ICEE is absolutely clutch for me. Surprised it didn't get an honorable mention!

Great tips and posts. I also like those caramel cubes for a sweet tooth moment. Although pure carbs only like 30 calories in each and they just take so long to eat after one or two cravings normally gone

Amazing resource. Had been looking for a quality beef stick replacement since Tomer Kosher disappeared.

I’m a big fan of a protein “frosty” Greek yogurt, almond milk, lite cool whip, zero sugar herseys, scoop of whey, zero sugar pudding mix and zantham to thicken and ice....just under 300 with 35 grams protein

Halo Ice-Cream is the sh**.

Swapping “regular” for HALO helped me big time as ice-cream is something I’m not dropping, so the healthy alternative was GOLD

2 servings of Greek Yogurt

1.5 servings of chocolate chips

1 serving peanut butter powder

Mix it all up

Tastes amazing, real filling, less than 400 calories and over 40g protein

Popcorn is absolutely my favorite hack for salty cravings. There are several other brands also where an entire bag of popcorn is like ~500 calories (Lesser Evil is my personal favorite).

Huge fan of protein ice cream but downside is you have to make it at home...2 liters of ice cream like flavor and consistency for about 300 cals

Great list. The Clio and Outshine bars have been sanity savers. Here are a few more:

* Breyers CarbSmart ice cream bars: The fudge bars are only 60 calories. Skip the creamy ones.

* Everything Bagel seasoning: Goes great on scrambled eggs and gives you that everything bagel taste.

* Nutritional yeast: Add cheesy flavor to anything for zero calories, plus it's loaded with B vitamins.

* Primal Kitchen salad dressings and sauces. No seed oils.

* Liquid egg whites: Almost pure protein. I add them to shakes. Early on when I ate too many calories and hadn't hit my protein threshold I'd just drink the stuff to hit my goal.

* Ghirardelli dark chocolate squares: three squares is 200 calories, so about 67 calories per square

* Quest peanut butter cups: These things are amazing and relatively healthful. They're also kind of expensive. I need to learn how to make my own.
